Employee Benefits Services
Texas A&M HSC Baylor College of Dentistry provides a wide range of benefit choices. New employees are introduced to the benefit plan during New Hire Orientation, and are given a one-month window for initial enrollment. Once each year, thereafter, the Health Science Center sponsors an Open Enrollment period which allows employees to make changes in existing coverage.

Employee Assistance Program
The HSC has contracted with ComPysch to provide an employee assistance program for all benefit eligible employees and those family members residing in their household.
Founded in 1984, ComPsych is the world's largest provider of global employee assistance programs (EAPs) and is the pioneer and leading provider of fully integrated EAP, behavioral health, wellness, work-life, and crisis intervention services.
Enrollment is automatic and there is no cost to the employee and family members for these services!
