The Texas A&M Health Science Center has deployed the CMMS system
to handle all Facilities Management requests including as-needed work
orders, scheduled maintenance, and space management. The CMMS is also
used to effectively track expenditures, improve accountability, enhance
service delivery, and extend the useful life of assets.
