Typically CAD/CAM dental restorations are milled from solid blocks of metal alloys, ceramic or composite resin. The CAD/CAM technology allows for more precise treatment planning and prosthetic design as well as reduction in laboratory time.

At the CMP clinic, CAD/CAM technology is used for most implant restorations and for creating full monolithic Zirconia hybrids used in complete edentulisim.
