Join a Live Meeting: Once
you log in to the website, you will also need to call into the
teleconference to be able to hear the

To install the Windows-based
Meeting Console before your meeting, go to the
site: http://r.office.microsoft.com/r/rlidLiveMeeting?p1=7&p2=en_US&p3=LMInfo&p4=DownloadWindowsConsole If you are having trouble downloading the software or prefer not to, you may choose to attend the Live Meeting via the web browser version instead.

Enter
the following information- ·
Display
name (your name and
institute) ·
Meeting
ID (see series of numbers/letters
beside each meeting date/time
above) ·
Click ‘Join
Meeting’ |

Step 2: Join the teleconference Toll-Free number: 1 (866) 261-9402 Conference Code: 969229 When prompted, enter the Conference Code, then #. You
should now see the meeting on your screen and hear the
teleconference. |
