How to Join a Live Meeting:
The following are instructions on how to attend an online Live Meeting session. 

 

Once you log in to the website, you will also need to call into the teleconference to be able to hear the meeting.

 

 

First-time users: Note that you may be asked to install a small program to allow you to view the meeting console window.  This should only take about 2-5 minutes depending on your connection speed. 

 

To install the Windows-based Meeting Console before your meeting, go to the site:

If you are having trouble downloading the software or prefer not to, you may choose to attend the Live Meeting via the web browser version instead.

 

 

Step 1: Go to the meeting URL: https://www305.livemeeting.com/cc/elseviercustomereducation/join

·         Enter the following information-

·   Display name (your name and institute)  

·   Meeting ID (see series of numbers/letters beside each meeting date/time above)

·         Click ‘Join Meeting’

 

Step 2: Join the teleconference

    Toll-Free number:    1 (866) 261-9402

    Conference Code:    969229

When prompted, enter the Conference Code, then #.

You should now see the meeting on your screen and hear the teleconference.
