surface parking lots on Olive Street and along Ross Avenue, and several
The closest parking garage is the Hall Arts Center Blue Garage (formerly known as the Dallas Arts District Garage). Entry to this garage is located off of Ross Avenue.
Parking garages are privately operated; event parking rates begin at $10.
No tickets are needed for admission, and the Commencement Ceremony is open to the public. Seating begins at 9:30 a.m.
You are welcome to take photos before, during and after the ceremony, but please be considerate when using flash photography during the program to avoid distracting speakers. A professional photographer will also be on site to take photos of each student during the ceremony. The ceremony will be professionally recorded as well.
The home of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the Meyerson Symphony Center is just as integral to the sound of the music as the musicians themselves.
Since 1989 the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center has become a landmark on the Dallas skyline, and the international press has proclaimed the hall "world-class, rivaling the great concert halls of the world." Dr. Connie Hastings Drisko, a 1961 graduate of Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry’s Caruth School of Dental Hygiene, was a practicing dental hygienist for 16 years before receiving a dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and completing a hospital-based general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Leavenworth, Kansas.
