Education and Post-Graduate Training

Dr. Jun Young Cho is an Associate Professor in the Department of Periodontics. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Seoul National University, certificate in Periodontics from Carius Dental Clinic, Certificate in Dental Internship from Guggenhiem Dental Clinic, and certificate from Baylor University in Periodontics, U.S.A.

Dr. Cho taught 6 courses in predoctoral Periodontics and was the Course Director for Periodontics 7270. PER 7270 is a predoctoral course in didactic, laboratory, and clinical phases of Periodontics for the D2 students. He mentors the International Non-employee Fellowship Program for Korean fellows in their 12 month course providing 98 hours of seminars and laboratory workshops during the year.
