Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences
The BMS graduate program provides training at the Master’s and Doctoral level. The M.S. in Biomedical Sciences is appropriate for clinical students (DDS) with strong academic motivation or who may wish to pursue a combined career of clinical practice and teaching in a clinical department.
The Ph.D. Program in Biomedical Sciences provides a multidisciplinary research and educational training experience for outstanding dentists and dental specialists who seek careers as educators and researchers in the oral health sciences.
Students receive training in the broad fields of Craniofacial Development and Genetics, Mineralized Tissue Biology, Biomaterials, Bioengineering and Tissue Regeneration or Clinical and Translational Dental Research.
Postdoctoral fellows pursue more advanced training in specialized areas on a mentored basis with individual faculty.
