BCD kicks off charitable giving campaign
 "Together We Care" is the theme of the State Employee Charitable
Campaign for 2003. Baylor College of Dentistry's campaign features Pledge Form Collection Day festivities Oct. 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the atrium. Free popcorn and door prizes will be given to contributors.
SECC gives state agency and university employees the opportunity to make donations to their favorite charities through an annual workplace-giving campaign that features the
convenience of payroll deduction. BCD employees have given generously with contributions increasing 4.2 percent over the last two years. Indeed, college employees gave $16,873 in the 2002 campaign.
The Baylor Oral Health Foundation is one of hundreds of charitable organizations from which to choose. Contributors decide which organizations best address their concerns.
Pledge forms and campaign books will be distributed to faculty and staff by Oct. 17. Students may pick up forms and books from the Department of Human Resources in Room 524. The BCD campaign runs through Oct. 31.
