SMILEWalkIt’s not too late to join a team for the third annual SMILEWalk Sept. 27! SMILEWalk is a 5K fundraising walk at White Rock Lake that benefits the Children’s Oral Health Center. Once again, HSC-Baylor College of Dentistry has both a faculty and staff team and a student team participating. The staff and faculty team co-captains, Dr. Anthony Bolin and Lisa Harper Mallonee, and the student team captain, Faye Haggard, say it’s not too late to join a team!

There is no fee to participate, but walkers are encouraged to raise funding from family, friends and associates in support of the Children’s Oral Health Center. Walkers raising $100 or more will receive a SMILEWalk event T-shirt and a blue wristband that says, “I support oral health for kids.”

Interested staff and faculty can contact Bolin at kbolin@bcd.tamhsc.edu or Harper Mallonee at Ext. 8914 or lharpermallonee@bcd.tamhsc.edu.

Students who want to get involved can contact Faye Haggard at fhaggard@bcd.tamhsc.edu.
