Dr. Gerald Glickman

Dr. Gerald Glickman, professor and chair of endodontics at Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry, was elected vice president of the American Association of Endodontists during the group’s annual session April 26-29 in Philadelphia.

Glickman previously served as AAE treasurer from 2005-2007 and has participated on various committees for the organization including educational affairs, research and scientific affairs, continuing education and applied strategic planning.

In addition to his AAE leadership, Glickman has been a diplomate since 1987 of the American Board of Endodontics, serving as a past president (2002-2003) and director (1997-2003).

Glickman earned his doctor of dental surgery degree from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1978 and his certificate in endodontics from Northwestern University School of Dentistry in 1984. He also holds a master’s degree in microbiology from the University of Kentucky, a master of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University and a law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.
