Convocation header


The Texas A&M Health Science Center 2010 Convocation is planned for Jan. 20 at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center in College Station. Watch for updates about the ceremony on the HSC Web site at www.tamhsc.edu/convocation.

Renew your CPR certification: The next health care provider CPR classes are scheduled for:

  • Dec. 3 at 9 a.m.; Dec. 8 at 9 a.m.; Dec. 14 at 1 p.m.; Dec. 16 at 1 p.m.; Dec. 17 at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

All students and clinical staff and faculty can sign up by contacting Gracie Perez at Ext. 8388 or in Room 107.

Sympathy is offered to the family of Thomas Winford, who taught microbiology at HSC-Baylor College of Dentistry from 1961 - 1987. Winford passed away Oct. 1. Services were held Oct. 13 in Dallas.

Condolences to the family of Willie Graham in clinical affairs, whose sister, Sarah Mae Shaw, passed away Nov. 13. Services were held Nov. 18 in Dallas.

Sympathy is extended to the family of Roxanne Edwards, dental imaging technician, whose brother, Dudley Davis, passed away Nov. 14. Services were held Nov. 18 in Sachse, Texas.
