Electron beam meltingDr. Mari Koike presented a paper titled “Properties characterization of titanium alloys fabricated by electron beam melting for dental applications” at the annual meeting of the Society for Titanium Alloys in Dentistry in Tokyo Feb. 14-15. Dr. Toru Okabe was a co-author of the paper.

Dr. Mari Koike presented a paper titled “Biomimetic tooth implants by electron beam melting” at the annual meeting of the Minerals, Metals & Materials Society Feb. 15-19 in San Francisco. Dr. Toru Okabe was a co-author of the paper.

Drs. Toru Okabe, Mari Koike, Ikuya Watanabe and Waleed Elshahawy attended the annual session of the International Association for Dental Research/American Association for Dental Research April 1-4 in Miami.
