Events
Clear your schedules for Dean’s Holiday Coffee Break
Students, faculty and staff are cordially invited to the Dean’s Holiday Coffee Break, scheduled for 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 11 in the sixth floor lobby. More details are coming soon about the occasion, but one thing is sure: There will be ample caffeine, sweet treats and holiday cheer!
‘Tis the season for snowmen
We may not have the snow, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get creative and submit an entry to the Snowman Winter Creativity Contest, a fundraiser of The Graduate Association of the Department of Biomedical Sciences. Students, faculty and staff are invited to submit a creative work of art of any kind — think centerpieces, cakes, ornaments, decorations — as long as a snowman is included.
From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, you can vote for your favorite entries with just 25 cents, and if you want to cast a bid for the silent auction to take home one of the entries, you’ll need a minimum of $5. Winners will be determined based on the dollar amount of votes and will be announced via email that day.
