Miles for Smiles initiative pulls in $10,000 for college’s social services fund
Miles for Smiles, an initiative of the Pre-Dental Association at UT Dallas, has grown exponentially each year, and the fourth annual runathon was no exception. On May 24, the undergraduate student organization presented the college with a check for $10,000 to put toward the Baylor College of Dentistry Social Services Dental Care Fund, which offers interest-free loans to qualified patients to help them complete their treatment.
