Lisa Harper Mallonee presented six hours of continuing education on Jan. 21 during the Hawaii Dental Meeting. The titles of the two presentations were “Healthy Mouth, Healthy Body, Healthy Practice” and “Fattening of America: What Does Dentistry Have to Do with It?”
On Feb. 26, she repeated the “Healthy Mouth, Healthy Body, Healthy Practice” presentation during the Chicago Midwinter Meeting. She also presented “You Are What You Eat and Drink!” for a total of six CE hours during that meeting.

Dr. Roger Alexander presented nine continuing education hours for the 40th annual Star of the South Dental Meeting, sponsored by the Greater Houston Dental Society. On Feb. 3-4, he presented “Ten Steps Your Office Can Take NOW to Prepare for the Management of Life-endangering Medical Emergencies.” On Feb. 5, he presented “Learning to Overcome the Generationally Perpetuated Myths of Dentoalveolar Surgery.”
