Glickman continues service on AAE executive committee
Dr. Gerald N. Glickman was named immediate past president of the American Association of Endodontists at the group's recent annual session in San Diego.
Glickman, professor and chair of the Department of Endodontics at Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry, has been a member of the AAE since 1982 and long active in various leadership roles with the organization. He has been a member of its executive committee since 2005.
A diplomate and past president of the American Board of Endodontics, Glickman has contributed to a variety of AAE committees, addressing issues ranging from endodontic education to oral disease and systemic health.
He also has a long history of leadership with the American Dental Education Association and serves as a consultant for the American Dental Association's Commission on Dental Accreditation. Glickman holds positions on a number of editorial boards including the International Endodontic Journal and Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology and Endodontics. He is an associate editor of the Journal of Endodontics.
