E-mail is one of the easiest and most preferred forms of communication in today's business world.  The autosignature function in Microsoft Outlook makes it easy to add a signature and contact information on each e-mail.  Did you know there is a preferred format for the Texas A&M Health Science Center autosignature in Outlook?  Think of it as the proper styling for the institution's letterhead. 

The logo can be omitted and the font style and font sizes for the user's personal information can be altered.  However, the personal information provided should remain in the order shown in the sample below.
