Actress Betty White jokingly said on the May 8 broadcast of NBC's "Saturday Night Live" that Facebook seems like a complete waste of time. Thousands of Facebook fans, however, would disagree with her.

Facebook devotees know how useful the social networking media can be to connect with old friends, make new friends, share news, post photos, advertise events and more.

The Office of Communications and Institutional Advancement at Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry is pleased to announce that it has joined the Facebook revolution. More tools will be added to the HSC-BCD Facebook pages in the coming months. Click the thumbs-up "Like" icon on the site to become a fan.
