Morgan president of medical/dental staff
Dr. Bob Morgan recently was elected to serve as president of the medical/dental staff at Children's Medical Center in Dallas. He is the first dentist ever elected to serve in the position at Children's, which was named one of the top 10 pediatric hospitals in the nation.
Morgan received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, earned his dental degree in 1978 from HSC-Baylor College of Dentistry and completed his pediatric dentistry residency and master's degree in 1980. Board certified in his specialty, he maintains private practices in Irving and Richardson. Additionally, he is a clinical assistant professor in the department of pediatric dentistry at HSC-BCD.
Dr. N. Sue Seale, Regents professor in pediatric dentistry, says, "This is a very prestigious position, and he is the first dentist to occupy the position. We are proud of him."
