Announcements - Jan/Feb 2010
The dental community will come together to help Dr. Jeff Siebert in his continuing effort to overcome a recurrent malignant condition. Siebert, a 1999 graduate of Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry, has been hospitalized at Baylor University Medical Center for weeks. He has required numerous blood and platelet infusions.
On Tuesday, Feb. 16 during the Dallas County Dental Society general membership meeting, Carter BloodCare will be taking blood donations to replenish Siebert's blood-use deficit. After the account is even, the remaining units will be available to DCDS members, their families and staff during 2010. The donation process takes approximately 30 minutes.
If you would like to donate, please click on the Carter BloodCare icon, complete the information and e-mail it to Cheryl@dcds.org or call
972-386-5741. The event will be at the DCDS offices at 13633 Omega Road in Dallas.
